Who We Are

Samatha Center is the center to help you get back to balance from everyday stress life. We're living in the world that we perceived as stressfull. While actually we are living in era which joy and comfortable life is so easy to be found. Yet, we lack of time and energy to enjoy all of that.

Our goal is to educate as much people in the society so that we can have more people who are calmer, balance and centered. This will help the world to be better to live in.

Our program combines multiple methods to help build the connection of the nervous system. We combines our yearly practices and research to become a program that will serve you ends meet with practical and reliable tools. 

We understand sometimes, we feel alone with our own problems. The world is so big and we are so small. This is why we offer hands for you to reach.

In Samatha Center we provide movement program to help you deal with the overthinking. 
Do you know that our body stored the emotions we experience. If fear is your default emotions, the body stored the fear and send the signals to the brain, so then we keep perceiveing the environment as a dangerous place. 
So one of the effective technique is to let the physical body to let the fear go, then the mind can be function for our development.

We help you aware with the old pattern that no longer serves you. We help you using various methods which include changing the mind by connecting our neurological brain pathways, use and move the body with building the awareness of our physical body, and aware with the behavior we ussually showed.
